DIP Player is strictly a media player utility.

• No Content Provided: We do not provide, host, sell, or distribute any media content, playlists, channels, or streams. The App is distributed as an empty shell.

• User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the content they view. You must ensure that you have the legal right to view the playlists or content you add to the App.

• No Affiliation: We have no affiliation with any third-party content providers, IPTV services, or streaming servers.

• Copyright: We do not endorse the streaming of copyright-protected material without permission from the copyright holder.

2. Information We Collect

We prioritize your privacy. The App collects the minimal amount of data necessary to ensure functionality and improve performance.

a. Personal Information
We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, physical address, phone number, or email address. You remain anonymous while using the App.

b. Non-Personal Information (Log Data)
In the event of an error in the App, we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

3. App Permissions

To function as a media player, DIP Player requires specific permissions:

• Storage / File Access: Required to read .m3u or .m3u8 playlist files stored locally on your device or to save your user preferences/favorites.

• Internet Access: Required to stream the media content from the URLs provided by you, the user.

• Network State: Required to check if the device is connected to the internet to buffer streams.

4. Third-Party Services and Advertising

We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our App, to provide the App on our behalf, or to assist us in analyzing how our App is used.

These third parties have access to your Non-Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

6. Children’s Privacy

DIP Player does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
