We built the Ozzie application as a Media Player utility. This SERVICE is provided by us and is intended for use  .

1. Information Collection and Use
Ozzie is an empty media player utility. We do not collect, store, track, or transmit your personal data, viewing habits, or media preferences to our servers.

Any data you enter into the app—including M3U playlist URLs, usernames, passwords, or DNS addresses—is saved locally on your device strictly for the purpose of connecting to your chosen media provider. We do not have access to this data, nor do we share it with any third parties.

2. Third-Party Content and Servers
Ozzie allows you to stream media from third-party servers and playlists that you provide. When you use the app to stream content:

• Your device makes a direct connection to the third-party server hosting the media.

• Your IP address and connection data will be visible to the provider of your playlist.

• We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the privacy policies, data collection, or practices of any third-party servers or media providers you choose to connect to.

3. Log Data and Crash Reports
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we may collect data and information (through third-party products like Apple Crash logs) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data is entirely anonymous and used exclusively to fix bugs and improve app stability.

4. Security
We value your trust in providing us your information. All local data is stored using standard iOS security protocols. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Because the app does not transmit personal data to us, no children’s data is stored on our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided local data within the app, you can delete the app from their device to instantly remove all stored data.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
